Living With HOPE is a 12-week faith-based wellness program designed for Christian women in their mid-life who are ready to prioritize their health, build sustainable habits, and achieve physical and spiritual wellness.
 
Through a blend of exercise, nutrition, and faith-driven coaching, this program will help you grow stronger in body and spirit — one moment, one day, one week at a time.

Week 2: Renewing Your Mind Overcome mental barriers with daily affirmations and scripture, learning to replace limiting beliefs with God’s truth. 2 Corinthians 10:5

Week 3: Creating Purposeful Habits Learn habit-stacking techniques to create lasting routines that align with your faith and health goals. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Week 4: Faith and Fitness Combine physical wellness with your spiritual life, using fitness as a form of worship. 1 Timothy 4:8

Week 5: Overcoming Obstacles Build resilience through prayer and community support, and learn how to persevere through setbacks. Philippians 4:13

Week 6: Strengthening the Body and Soul Enhance your physical strength through weight training and focus on building spiritual strength. Isaiah 40:31

Week 7: Finding Your Why Reconnect with your God-given purpose and use it as motivation to achieve your health goals. Jeremiah 29:11

Week 8: Healthy Living as a Lifestyle Learn to make healthy choices second nature and overcome unhealthy patterns through time management. 1 Corinthians 9:27

Week 9: The Power of Community Tap into the power of accountability and support from a group of like-minded women on the same journey. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Week 10: Breaking Free from Past Patterns Release guilt and shame, embrace grace, and step forward in your health journey with a clean slate. Isaiah 43:18-19
