Gratitude matters - and gratitude can change everything. Gratitude is being aware and thankful for the good things in your life. It's a recognition of the positive things in your life and how they affect you. This can be anything from appreciating the beauty of nature, to thoughts of gratefulness for a loved one, to the feeling of thanks that comes from recovering from a serious illness. Expressing thanks cannot only make us happier, it can make us healthier as well.
