This is the reality many of us – not only those working remotely since the start of the pandemic, but for people who go into an office as well. Motion creates emotion and shifts our brain function to help us to be more productive.

We were built to move and even a small amount of movement or stretching throughout the day can help you to stay alert and focused. Incorporating movement into our day improves our physical health and can help manage stress.
